To change the camera to shutter speed priority you just have to switch the mode dial on top of the camera to S. When the shutter speed priority is at 1/3 the picture is very blurry and bright. When the shutter speed is at 1/30 some movement is blurry but others are in focus. When the shutter speed is at 1/60 very little blurriness appears. When the shutter speed is at 1/250 mostly everything is clear. Lastly when the shutter speed is at 1/1000 everything is clear and no movements are blurred. If someone is running or biking you'd want to change the priority to shutter speed because the main focus will be still with no blur around him/her. Shutter Speed Notes
